It’s very simple, you just have to enter your criterions in the search bar which is in the site’s home tab. You would find the apartment that suits you the best. Then, click on the BOOK button and follow the payment’ steps.

A deposit of 30% of the amount will be required upon the booking.
The rest of the payment and security deposit will be due the day of your arrival. Once we receive your payment, a summary email of your stay will be sent.
All our apartments, except in exceptional case, have a 2 days’ minimum stay.
There is no maximum stay.
After confirming your booking, you will need to send us your arrival and departure time so that we can organize your stay.
A We Stay team member will be there to welcome you, give you the keys and give you all the useful information about the apartment and the neighbourhood.
If you have some questions or if you have any problem, you will be able to reach us all along your stay, by phone or mail.
We will be there when you leave as well to get back the keys and to wish you a safe return.
If you want, we can provide you with our service of private drivers from Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports and all Paris train stations.
He will greet you in the arrival hall with a sign with your name.
The driver will help you with your luggage and take you directly to the apartment.

Note that all our drivers speak English and the wifi is free on board.
If you want to reach the apartment by your own way, we will show you the route by subway, bus or train.
Don’t worry… All our apartments are fully equipped for cooking and welcoming.
We provide white quality linens and towels, and also shampoo, soap, toilet paper…
Just before your arrival, a cleaning is made by a professional.
Each apartment has an excellent Wi-Fi and cable TV with over 200 international channels.
Once the booking is accepted, you can pay by credit card, PayPal or by transfer.
To proceed the payment with credit card, I invite you to press the “book” button that is under each apartment in the site’s Home tab. Then follow the steps to complete the payment.
An imprint of your credit card will be taken on the day of your arrival, but you won’t be charge before your stay.
No problem ! In case, we will send you the bill by email.
Unfortunately, I have to cancel my stay. What’s happening in that case ? You have the right to cancel a confirmed reservation.
However, its possible refund would depend on the cancellation policy set out in your lease.
If you want to interrupt your stay, we won’t be able to refund you at all.
The cancellation policy is as follows :
- Until 30 days before the first day of rental, 50% of the rent will be refund.
- In the 15 days before the rent, 10% of the rent will be refund.
A cancellation is only confirmed by and email from We Stay.
